OUR BEGINNING
A moment of profound change
The Koru Collective was born from a moment of profound change, not just in the world, but in one woman's life.
After decades in corporate life, following the slog to the heady heights of the Executive Board table, our founder Jane knew something had to shift.
The pandemic created a space from the norm that allowed for thinking and the ability to hear an inner voice that had been drowned out by being busy.
A health scare sharpened the preciousness of time.
The familiar rhythm of success began to feel hollow and a deeper calling stirred.
That calling became The Koru Collective: a place for conscious leadership, organisational healing and collective transformation.

This has been Jane's dream for several years, a vision carefully nurtured through her own journey of personal development and decades of experience. Only now, as the world awakens to what conscious leadership truly means, is she ready to share what The Koru Collective offers.
In its earliest form, The Koru Collective operated quietly delivering high-impact, bespoke development to organisations and individuals committed to making a difference. Through trusted referrals and reputation alone, Jane worked shoulder to shoulder with leaders on the things that matter most: building psychological trust, shaping powerful teams, unlocking performance, and guiding transformational change at the highest levels.
But even then, something bigger was unfolding beneath the surface. A bold, soul-led vision of a different kind of leadership… and a different kind of world.
